According to a short blurb on Steam Friends, Left 4 Dead is being delayed ’til the 20th of November. According to the video that is linked in the blurb, it’s being delayed ’til the 10th anniversary of the release date for Half-Life (of which there is some dispute whether it’s the 19th or 20th of November).

Chief Complaint: Cannot sleep, Anxiety, feeling of Impending Doom.
History: The patient was found in the seated position, AAOX4. Pt. had been playing video games at a LAN party with friends for the past 48 hours, during which time he consumed 3 “Bawls” brand energy drinks. After returning home this morning he was unable to sleep, called 911 for EMS evaluation, and was subsequently AMA’ed. Pt. remained unable to sleep, complaining of anxiety and feeling cold and numb when he got close to falling asleep. Unable to cope Pt. called 911 a second time today for transport. The scene was the roadside curb outside of the Pt’s residence.Assessment: Pt. is atraumatic and oriented. Pt. complains of anxiety, inability to ‘feel his skull’, and feeling of impending doom. Pt. report that he experiences cold and numbness only when trying to sleep. The patient denied having other pain or unusual sensations in their body.
Response: The patient’s condition did not deteriorate while being cared for. The patient tolerated all treatments and had no new complaints.

Transport: Upon the arrival of the AMR paramedic unit a verbal report was given to the paramedic on the patient’s complaint/presentation and all interventions prior to their arrival…. blah blah blah…
